Based on its own Statute, and particularly, on the Decree signed by the SCC Chairman, the ASCCA is tasked to ensure all necessary domestic and international measures (trainings, conferences, courses, seminars etc.) on the capacity building for Azerbaijan’s customs officers. In these events, customs officers acquire new knowledge and skills in their fields and get acquainted with the latest technological innovations.

 The ASCCA hosts two important global entities:

1) World Customs Organization's Regional Training Center in Baku: ASCCA looks forward to working together with WCO, for its capacity development.

2) The Regional Office of the International Network of Customs Universities: ASCCA looks forward to working together with INCU, for its capacity development.
