ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

 

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to ensure the training of highly qualified personnel for the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, professional development of employees and scientific research in the field of customs, the following are decided:

 

1.       To establish a special purpose higher education institution - the Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan Republic on the basis of the Educational Center of the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic.

2.       The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan,

2.1   to prepare and submit proposals to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the acts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with the establishment of the Academy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan within three months

2.2   to resolve other issues arising from this Order.
