The ASCCA is the only special-purpose public higher education institution of Azerbaijan in the BSUN, and its membership aims at networking and academic and training collaborations pertaining to the Customs, international trade, logistics, information and communication technologies and other related areas.

Terms

Outright exportation -- Customs procedure applicable to goods which, being in free circulation, leave the Customs territory and are intended to remain permanently outside it, excluding goods exported under the drawback procedure or under a processing procedure or with repayment of import duties and taxes.
