The General Education department of the ASCCA was established in 2018-2019 academic year. The department teaches 25 subjects of "Economics" and "Law" specialties.

The training is carried out mainly in accordance with the curriculum of both specialties.

These subjects include "History of Azerbaijan", "Constitution and Fundamentals of Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan", "Linear Algebra and Mathematical Analysis", "Information and Communication Technologies" and others.

Subjects are taught by professional teachers.
