The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy and "PWC Azerbaijan" company jointly organized the All-Republic Olympiad on "Taxes" dedicated to the memory of the great leader Heydar Aliyev among students of higher education institutions.

From June 2nd to 4th, the final round was held at the administrative building of the Educational Center of the State Tax Service in Shamakhi. Over 100 students representing 20 universities, as well as , the students of the Academy of State Customs Committee who successfully passed the selection round, participated in the final stage of the Olympiad.

The main goal of the Olympiad is fostering a deep understanding of taxation and sparking increased interest in this field  among students of higher education institutions in alignment with the spirit of the "Year of Heydar Aliyev." In the final stage of the Olympiad students tested their knowledge and skills on taxes.

The winners were honored with prizes and certificates, along with the opportunity to participate in internship programs organized jointly by the State Tax Service and "PwC Azerbaijan."
