On October 27, the memorial day of one of our heroic sons, Shamilov Emil Rafig, the martyr of Ramana settlement of Sabunchu region, who rose to the peak of martyrdom in the 44-day Patriotic War, was held. On this occasion, a group of employees and students of the Academy of the State Customs Committee visited the martyr's family, laid flowers in front of the martyr's bas-relief, prayed for his soul, and deeply honoured the unforgettable memory of the brave son of the country. 

On behalf of the ASCCA staff and executives, a group of Academy employees visiting the family of the martyr Emil Shamilov expressed deep condolences to the family members, wished patience for them and emphasized that our martyrs will always be held in high regard and never be forgotten.

Then, poems dedicated to the heroes of the motherland were performed by students of the Academy.
