The fourth year students of the Academy of  State Customs Committee successfully continue their 14-week c. A scientific-practical seminar was held in the General Customs Department for Maritime Transport and Energy Resources  of the State Customs Committee. The executives, employees and students of the Academy attended the seminar.

Greeting the participants of the event, Elchin Iskandarov, the Deputy Head of the General Customs Department for  Maritime Transport Energy Resources ,informed about the role of the General Department in the customs service and noted the importance of studying the customs activity in all aspects. He also emphasized that the knowledge gained during the internship for the  students of the Academy will play a special role in their formation as professional specialists in the future.

Making a speech, the Deputy Head of the Academy, Jamila Namazova, spoke about the importance of the seminar and the practical knowledge that the students acquire during the internship and emphasized the importance of holding such meetings during this period. Professor Namazova spoke about the role of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the development of the customs system and talked about the activities of the General Customs Department for  Maritime Transport and Energy Resources in the customs system and the importance of Baku International Sea Trade Port in the transportation of energy resources.

Later, the employees of the General Customs Department for  Maritime Transport and Energy Resources informed students about the main areas of activity and working principles of the department , Baku International Sea Trade Port, and the questions of students were answered.
