The next level of audit on ISO standards held at ASCCA

The audit process for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 10002 certificates have been held at the Academy of the State Customs Committee. The audit was organized in the structural units of the Academy and conducted by Arzu Gulhan Yuzereroglu, the head of the Azerbaijan representative office of the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE).

Before the audit, ASCCA executives and the ISO working group had a meeting with the guest.

Welcoming the guest, the head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee, the major general of the customs service, Gulu Novruzov, made a speech about the importance of the conducted audit and briefed participants on the work done in the higher education institution related to the implementation of relevant standards. Later, the main stages of the audit that was planned to conduct in the structural units were discussed.

During the external audit, Arzu Gülhan Yuzereroglu examined the documents and work process according to the relevant standard, got acquainted with the work process of the structural units and put forward several proposals for the implementation of improvement in specific areas at an even higher level.

In the end, a final meeting was arranged regarding the audit. Speaking at the meeting, Arzu Gulhan Yuzereroglu praised the work done in the Academy regarding the "Quality Management System", "Occupational health and safety" and "Customer Satisfaction Management System" standards, shared her suggestions on certain issues, and expressed her gratitude to ASCCA management for due to the conditions created for the full audit.

 It is important to note that as a result of training and audits conducted by TSE and in all structures, the Academy of the State Customs Committee was earlier awarded international certificates for TS EN ISO 9001:2015 for the "Quality Management System",  TS EN ISO 45001:2018 for the "Occupational health and safety" as  TS ISO 10002:2018 for the "Customer satisfaction management system" standards.
