The intellectual tournament "What? Where? When?" was held within the "Umbrella”,network of intellectual game clubs. The tournament was dedicated to the 19^th death anniversary of Great Leader, Heydar Aliyev and it was organized by Narimanov District Youth and Sports Department, Baku Eurasian University and Student Youth Organization of the Academy of State Customs Committee.

The team of the Academy of the State Customs Committee successfully participated in the competition among  the teams of 21 higher and secondary educational institutions.

At the end, the winner teams were awarded with medals, certificates and cups.
