ISO audit conducted at ASCCa
A certification audit was held at the Academy of the State Customs Committee under the ISO 10002 "Customer Satisfaction Management System" standard. The audit organized in the structural departments of the Academy was conducted by Arzu Gülhan Yüzereroğlu, the head of the Azerbaijan representative office of the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE).
Before the audit, a meeting was held with Arzu Gülhan Yüzereroğlu, Academy's management, staff and ISO Working Group. At the meeting, general information was given about the work done on implementing the ISO 10002 standard at the Academy after the previously organized "Customer Satisfaction Management System" training. The main stages of the audit to continue during the day in the structural units of the Academy were also discussed.
During the certification audit of ISO 10002 "Customer satisfaction management system" standard, Arzu Gülhan Yüzereroğlu examined the documents of the relevant standard and work process, got acquainted with the work process of the structural units and made some suggestions for the implementation of improvement in specific areas at an even higher level.
In the end, a final meeting was held regarding the audit. Speaking at the meeting, Arzu Gülhan Yüzereroğlu highly appreciated the work done in the Academy regarding the ISO 10002 "Customer Satisfaction Management System" standard, shared her suggestions on specific issues, and thanked the management of the Academy on her behalf and behalf of TSE for the conditions created for the full audit cycle. The management and employees of the Academy thanked Arzu Gülhan Yüzereroğlu and TSE for their support in various areas, including customer satisfaction, and expressed their satisfaction with the cooperation.
It is important to note that as a result of training and audits conducted by TSE and in all structures, the Academy of the State Customs Committee was earlier awarded TS EN ISO 9001:2015 for the "Quality Management System" standard and TS EN ISO 45001:2018 for the "Occupational health and safety".
