An information session on the Enactus global social innovation competition was held at the Academy of the State Customs Committee on March 4. The staff of the  Academy, students and representatives of the Enactus Azerbaijan program  participated in this event.

Rashad Zeynalov, Program Director of Enactus Azerbaijan, made a presentation on the activities of the program at the event which was organized by the Enactus team of the Academy of the State Customs Committee. Noting that the main purpose of the program is to develop entrepreneurship among students and train future entrepreneurs, R. Zeynalov informed the students about the essence of the project.

At the same time, the program director noted the important points in the formation of student teams, the importance of the division of responsibilities between the teams. He also spoke about the formation of teams, the criteria for the projects to be prepared and the annual national competition and the World Cup.

Emphasizing the importance of involving young people in innovative projects and promoting the idea of ​​entrepreneurship among students, Rashad Zeynalov wished success to the ENACTUS team of the Academy.

At the end of the event, students' questions were answered in detail.

It should be noted that a project consisting of competitions and trainings for the evaluation of projects with creative ideas of students on entrepreneurship has been held in Azerbaijan since 2005.

The Enactus team of the Academy of the State Customs Committee also won the second place in the program with the “KhariSell” project, which was presented at the online national championship among 18 universities last year.
