ASCCA successfully participates in the training within the Erasmus + ECAR project
On February 8-9, 2022, a training on “Strategic planning and management” was held at Baku Business University with the support of Azerbaijan HR Institute within the framework of the Erasmus + Project. Jamila Namazova, Deputy Head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee, also participated in the training held for the purpose of getting acquainted with the advanced theory and practice of strategic planning and management, developing modern knowledge and skills in the application of innovative methods and techniques in this field.
In the training attended by vice-rectors and other authorities of 16 higher education institutions that are members of the project consortium, have gained extensive knowledge on topics such as different areas of strategic planning, analysis of strengths, weaknesses existing opportunities, and threats of the higher education institution, identification of key performance indicators, etc.
In order to assess the knowledge gained on the topic team presentations were given by participants. In the practical part of the training, the team in which ASCCA was also represented delivered an effective presentation.
At the end of the two-day training, participants were awarded certificates and gifts.
It should be noted that the Academy of the State Customs Committee has been partnering with the Erasmus + project "Establishment of the Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan" (ECAR) since December 2021, which belongs to the category of "Capacity Building in Higher Education" of the Erasmus + program coordinated by the Baku Business University and funded by the European Commission.
