A seminar titled "Legislative norms" took place at the Academy of the State Customs Committee (ASCCA). The seminar, organized within the framework of the ideological education efforts carried out by the Sabunchu District Executive Power, and was presented by Lala Mammadli, a teacher of the Academy. 

During the seminar, students were given detailed information regarding the role and significance of legislative norms within the legal regulatory system. They learned about the basics of the legislative process, the classification of legal acts and their practical applications, the stages involved in drafting laws and, the impact of legal regulations on society. 

In the end, he answered the questions of the participants.
