Martyr customs officer Ulvi Hajiyev was commemorated

On December 6, a Memorial Day was held to honor Ulvi Hajiyev, the customs officer who was martyred during the 44-day Patriotic War. To commemorate him, the leadership, employees, and students of the Academy of the State Customs Committee, along with the staff of the State Customs Committee, visited his grave. They laid flower bouquets, recited prayers for his soul, and paid tribute to his cherished memory.

Major General Gulu Novruzov, the head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee, expressed his heartfelt condolences to Hajiyev's family, wishing them patience. He emphasized that the memory of our brave sons and daughters, who sacrificed their lives for the sake of our state’s independence and territorial integrity, would always be honored.

May Allah grant peace to the souls of all our martyrs!
