A memorial event was held to commemorate Rashad Novruzov, a heroic son who reached the pinnacle of martyrdom during the 44-day Patriotic War. On this occasion, employees and students of the Academy of the State Customs Committee visited his grave at Martyrs' Alley in the Mashtagha settlement of the Sabunchu district. They laid flowers at his grave, prayed for his soul, and honored his precious memory with deep respect.

On behalf of the Academy's leadership and staff, attendees expressed their heartfelt condolences to the martyr's family, wishing them patience and strength. They emphasized that all those who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and displayed true heroism will always be remembered as heroes in the nation's history.
