ASCCA hosts “Kood” Company from Estonia
In pursuit of enhancing international cooperation, the State Customs Committee convened a meeting with Lauri Haav, the CEO of Estonia's "Kood" company, and Monika Salu, the former Chancellor of Tallinn University and a recognized expert in her field. The purpose of the meeting was to explore potential collaboration.
During the meeting, the head of the Academy, Customs Service General-Major Gulu Novruzov, provided an overview of the Academy's establishment, educational processes, and its initiatives in international cooperation. He underscored the significance of collaborative efforts in education and discussed the existing relations between the two countries.
The representatives from "Kood" shared insights into their operations as a company specializing in digital solutions and software development. The discussion highlighted the potential for exchanging experiences and organizing joint projects with the Academy.
Following this, Elvin Mejidov, the coordinator of international cooperation and projects at ASCCA, presented the Academy's activities, projects and programs in the ICT sector, achievements and priorities in international cooperation, as well as relations with foreign higher education institutions and customs training structures, and other international organizations.
At the end of the meeting, the guests were afforded an in-depth tour of the facilities and resources available at the Academy.
