ASCCA was represented at the international webinar organized by the Eurasian Section of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) program and entitled "Solve Climate Problems by 2030 Multi-Stakeholder Recommendations for Responsible Management Education for Eurasia".

The main goal of the event was to prepare recommendations in the field of responsible management education for governments, academic circles and business sectors until COP29. These recommendations have a great importance for reducing the effects of climate change and for the implementation of relevant measures for the countries of the region.

The opening speech of the event was made by Kanat Kozhakhmet, PRME Secretariat and the president of Narxoz University. Aleska Simkich, ambassador of the European Union to Kazakhstan, made a speech along with representatives of other organizations.

Strategic steps for responsible management education for governments, ministries of education and higher education institutions and opportunities for international cooperation were discussed in the webinar. In addition, students' demands and needs for green skills and job opportunities in the fight against climate change were highlighted.

The recommendations document prepared as a result of this event will be presented at the COP29 conference and will make an important contribution to the progress in the field of responsible management education in the region.

It is to be noted that PRME is the United Nations' largest initiative which promotes responsible management education, research and leadership development. The main goal of PRME is to develop the values of sustainability and social responsibility in the fields of education and business. The Customs Academy is a member of PRME and through this platform participates in international cooperation and education programs to achieve sustainable development goals.
