Customs Volunteers commence service at ASCCA

As part of the development for the volunteer movement within the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, four customs volunteers have officially commenced their roles across various departments of the Academy of the State Customs Committee (ASCCA) for a duration of three months.

To mark this initiative, the ASCCA management organized a meeting with the customs volunteers assigned to the Academy. During the meeting, Customs Service Major General Gulu Novruzov, the head of the Academy, extended a warm welcome to the volunteer customs officers and provided an overview of the Academy's operations. He underscored the vital role that volunteers play in enhancing the effectiveness of the customs system. Furthermore, he assured the volunteers that comprehensive support would be provided to facilitate their professional development, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet contemporary demands. The General concluded by wishing the volunteers success in their endeavors.
