The delegation of Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia led by Mr. Suhail bin Mohammed Abanmi ,the governor of Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority visited the Academy of the State Customs Committee as part of a visit to our country. Deputy Chairmen of the State Customs Committee Natig Shirinov and Lieutenant General of the Customs Service Javad Gasimov, Head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee, Major General of the Customs Service Gulu Novruzov, Head of the Department of International Cooperation  of the State Customs Service Dilavar Farzaliyev, the delegation of  Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Academy employees attended the event.

The head of the academy, Gulu Novruzov, greeted the guests and expressed his pleasure to see them in Customs academy. Novruzov talked about the existing relations between two countries in the direction of the organization of customs work, and gave detailed information about the educational  process implemented at the Academy with the application of innovative and efficient technologies.

Abdullah A. Alfuntukh , Vice Governor of Strategy and Development at Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ,expressed his gratitude to the head of the Academy for the warm hospitality. He highly evaluated the activities of the customs service of our country and gave information about the institution he represents.

Following the speeches, a presentation was made about the activities of the Academy, achievements and priorities in the field of international cooperation, foreign higher education institutions and customs training structures, relations and projects with other international institutions. 

Later, the guests were provided with detailed information about the conditions created in the Academy.
