A commemoration ceremony was held on the occasion of the birthday of Novruzov Rashad Elshad oglu, one of our heroic sons who rose to the peak of martyrdom in the 44-day Patriotic War.  Employees and students of the Academy of the State Customs Committee took part in the ceremony held at the Mashtaga Cultural Center named after H. Abbasov to commemorate the memory of the martyr with deep respect.   

The employees said that all the martyrs of the Motherland, who showed bravery and heroism in winning the historical victory, like Rashad Novruzov, will always be remembered as heroes of the history of Azerbaijan.

Speakers at the event shared their memories of the martyr, talked about his heroism and his path to war.

In the ceremony, which continued with the artistic performance, Sadiq Bandiyev, a student of the Faculty of Law of the Academy, recited a poem dedicated to the heroes of the Motherland.
