ASCCA represents at Cyber Security Conference in Türkiye
A cyber security conference titled "Hacktrick" was held in Ankara with the organization of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) of Türkiye , the National Cyber Incident Response Center (USOM), the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster and a number of Turkish companies operating in this field, as well as, with the support of the Association of Azerbaijani Cyber Security Organizations (AKTA).
During the event, cyber security trainings and CTF competition were organized for students and young participants . The students from Turkiye, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other higher educational institutions , as well as five students of the Academy studying Information Security took part in the event.
Davud Rustamov, head of the National Cyber Security Center of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, delivered speech at the opening event along with the leaders and senior officials of the relevant institutions and organizations of Turkiye. He provided information about the cyber security ecosystem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the steps taken in the field of ensuring the security of critical information infrastructure in the country and combating cyber threats.
Later, a series of speeches and panel discussions related to cyber security took place.
Elvin Balajanov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Cyber Security Organizations of Azerbaijan (AKTA), spoke at the panel and informed about the steps taken to ensure cyber security in our country, and provided information on the activities of the organisation, as well as the activities implemented and planned in the direction of expanding cooperation with the Organization of Turkic states (OTC) countries.
