"IV International Conference on Administrative Law and Administrative Jurisdiction" was held at Balıkesir University of Turkiye. At the 3-day conference on "New technologies, information technologies, artificial intelligence", representatives of higher education institutions of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and other countries, including Azerbaijan took part . Academy of the State Customs Committee was represented by Jamila Namazova, deputy head of the Academy and Hakim  Azizov, head of the department  of "Law and Humanities" of the Academy.

The rector of Balıkesir University, prof. Yucel Oghurlu made an opening speech and noted that they are proud to host the conference attended by 9 universities from Turkiye and other countries. The rector thanked everyone who contributed to the organization of the conference, which brought together professors and young lawyers in the field of administrative law and presented a total of 65 articles in different languages.  

Making a speech ,the deputy head of the Academy of State Customs Committee for Scientific Affairs Jamila Namazova, emphasizing the sincere friendship and fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkiye, spoke about the importance of the conference.  The deputy head expressed her satisfaction to be a partner of the conference and emphasized that the fruitful cooperation between the Academy and Balıkesir University will continue.

Later, the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of Uzbekistan, Dr. Jonibek Tavakalov spoke and noted that the event was a great experience for researchers of higher education institutions of Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States and wished success to the work of the conference. 

The head of the Academy, Hakim Azizov, presented his article in Azerbaijani on the topic  "The role of artificial intelligence and cyber security in the field of customs". Azizov  together with Lala Mammadli ,the teacher of the Academy presented an article on the topic  of "The role of artificial intelligence in resolving administrative disputes" in English language. 

At the end, certificates were presented to the participants.
