The final concert of the contest -festival of artistic creativity dedicated to the 101^th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, was held among students of higher educational institutions, by the joint decision of the Ministry of Science and Education and the Republican Committee of the Free Trade Union of Azerbaijan Education Workers. The management, employees and students of the Academy of the State Customs Committee attended  the event held in  Heydar Aliyev Palace.

In the first stage of the contest-festival, selections were made with the participation of the jury established in higher education institutions, and in the second stage, the selected best performers and dance groups won the right to participate in the final concert of the festival. The contest-festival held annually aims to educate the young generation  in the spirit of national patriotism, respect for our culture, art, and national traditions, raise their artistic- aesthetic level, as well as to reveal talented young people in different art forms of our art and culture, support the development of their abilities. The students of the Academy successfully participated in this contest and demonstrated their skills in various genres of art .

In general, more than 3000 students from 26 higher education institutions across the country took part in the contest and  the poetry, dance and music performances demonstrated by the students of the Academy were welcomed with great interest by the audience.
