The final game of the football championship dedicated to the 101st anniversary of the birth of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev was held among the students of the Academy with the organization of the Sports Club operating under the Student Youth Organization of the Academy of the State Customs Committee and the support of the Azerbaijan Customs Employees Trade Union.

At the end of the selection match provided with the participation of 13 teams, the "La Masia" team, which qualified for the final stage, won the championship with a score of 4-3.

Thus, the "Azizli" team took the 2nd place and the "Santos" team the 3rd place in the competition, respectively.

At the end of the competition, Major-General Gulu Novruzov, the head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee, emphasized the importance of sports in the physical and moral development of the young generation and highly appreciated the participation of Academy students in such sports competitions.

In the end, the winners were awarded with cups and medals by the management of the Academy.
