The Academy of the State Customs Committee (ASCCA) and the Association of Azerbaijan Customs Representation and Logistics Companies (AGTL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

At the meeting, the head of the academy, Customs Service Major-General Gulu Novruzov, cordially welcomed the guests and discussed the potential for mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation. He highlighted that the Academy's primary objective is to create an excellent educational environment and train professional personnel in compliance with the requirements of the labor market. Mr. Novruzov also provided the attendees with an overview of the organization's internship programs, employment opportunities for graduates, and the engagement of highly qualified academic staff in teaching activities. He expressed his confidence that the signed memorandum would strengthen their cooperation relations.

The executive director of the Association, Vusal Gasimov, expressed his satisfaction with the partnership and stated that joint activities in areas of mutual interest would be beneficial for both parties.

Following the discussions, Gulu Novruzov and Vusal Gasimov signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.

The memorandum envisages mutual organization of training and education between the parties, joint activity in the direction of meeting future personnel needs, as well as providing support for the development of students' knowledge and skills, professional levels, outlooks, and other issues.
