As part of the collaboration between AzTV and the "Yukselis" (Rise) competition, a TV program called 2x2 was broadcasted. The show focused on education and featured students from various higher educational institutions, including the Academy of the State Customs Committee.

During the program, Bayram Orujov, head of the Administrative Office of the Azerbaijani Bar Association and winner of the "Yukselis" competition, spoke on the topic "There is no excuse not to try". Ulviyya Mehraliyeva, an employee of the State Oil Fund and also a winner of the competition, spoke about "Time Management".

Tavakkul Hajiyev, the vice-chairman of the Student Youth Organization of the ASCCA, gave a speech on risk and opportunity, alternative cost, Eisenhower Matrix, and Pomodoro Technique. He was awarded a prize by the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for his active participation.

The TV program will be broadcasted on AzTV at 5 p.m. on March 9.
