Ramazan Asgarkhanov, a fourth-year Law student of the Academy of State Customs Committee, distinguished by his high academic achievements in education, was awarded the Heydar Aliyev scholarship.  Asgarkhanov participated in the presentation ceremony held within the framework of the XVI Congress of Azerbaijani teachers dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev "Heydar Aliyev scholarship" was established for 100 full-time undergraduate students who have high academic achievements. The scholarship is paid at the expense of the state budget in the amount of 3,000 manats.
