Making an opening speech, Chairman of State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant-General of the Customs Service Shahin Baghirov congratulated the teaching staff of the academy and spoke about the educational reforms implemented in our country and the high attention and care of the state leadership to this important field.
