ASCCA Students attend "I want to be a lawyer" II Summer School
The students of the Academy of State Customs Committee participated in the II Summer School "I want to be a lawyer" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev.
A total of 55 law students participated in the camp, organized in Sheki by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan Republic, the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, The Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Youth Enlightenment Support Public Union.
During the 5-day summer school, students were trained in drafting procedural documents, legal writing, conducting interviews with citizens, the rules of giving recommendations, speech skills and other areas. In addition, in order to effectively organize the leisure time of the students, a trip to the city of Sheki, as well as, to the palace of Sheki Khan, various games and trainings were organized.
Taking part in the closing ceremony of the Summer School, Gadir Khalilov, acting executive director of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Shahmar Mammadov, the deputy chairman of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan,and Ramiz Mahmudov, the head of the Sheki-Zagatala Regional Youth and Sports Department, gave their recommendations to the students who choose the profession of lawyer, which is a free and professional form of jurisprudence, and wished success to the lawyers of the future.
At the end, certificates were presented to the participants.
It should be mentioned that last year, the students of the Customs Academy successfully participated in the summer school "I want to be a lawyer" which was organized by the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
