ASCCA organizes training course for Kyrgyz Customs officers
ASCCA has given a start to training sessions for employees of the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic. The trainings are organized according to the Protocol dated June 14, 2017, signed between the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
ASCCA plans to organize trainings for Kyrgyz customs officials on various topics within two years. During the trainings, Azerbaijani specialists share their experience in the relevant field with their Kyrgyz colleagues.
The first training session was organized on the topic "Methods of effective implementation of customs control" and the first day of the trainings was dedicated to the topic of procedures and operations carried out at customs border checkpoints of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In the training, the chief inspector of the Department of Implementation and Monitoring of Border Procedures of the General Department of Organization of Customs Border Crossing Points Activity of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, Customs Service Captain Emin Ismayilov provided an in-depth presentation on the procedures and operations carried out at the customs border checkpoints as well as the implementation of the “Single window” principle for inspection of goods and vehicles in the border customs authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Following the training, discussions were held on the topic, and the questions of the participants were answered.
It should be noted that the practical online trainings for the employees of the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic on the topic "Methods of effective implementation of customs control" will continue from November 14 to November 18 of this year.
