The employees and the students of the Customs Academy participated in the memorial ceremony of one of our heroic sons, Piriyev Raul Zabid oghlu, a martyr from Mashtaga settlement, Sabunchu district who rose to the peak of martyrdom in the 44-day Patriotic War and commemorated the dear memory of the martyr with deep respect.

On behalf of the staff of the Academy, the employees expressed deep condolences to the family and relatives of the martyr Raul Piriyev, who fought heroically in the battles for the territorial integrity of our country, wished them patience, and stated that all the martyrs who died for the sake of the Motherland always would be remembered as heroes of the history of Azerbaijan.

The event held on the occasion of Memorial Day continued with the artistic performance.

At the event, Ramazan Asgarkhanov, a student of the Faculty of Law of the Academy, recited a poem dedicated to the heroes of the Motherland.
