Defense of graduation works and master's theses at the Customs Academy has ended
The defense of graduation works of the students of "Law", "Economics" and "Information security" specializations, who completed their studies at the bachelor's degree level in the Academy of the State Customs Committee in the 2022/2023 academic year, and the thesis defense of master's degree level students of the specializations "International economic law" and "Customs work" at the master's level was held.
The State Attestation Commissions established by the relevant order of the State Customs Committee were chaired by Vice-rector for scientific affairs of Baku Engineering University, PhD in Economics, the Associate Professor Elchin Suleymanov for majoring in "Economics", for the "Information Security" specialty, Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Engineering of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, PhD in Mathematical Physics Yashar Hajiyev, professor of Criminal Procedure of faculty of Law of the Baku State University, Doctor of Law Midhad Gafarov for majoring in "Law".
The meetings of the Specialized Scientific Council for the master’s degree were held under the chairmanship of the Doctor of Law, prof. Amir Aliyev in "International economic law" specialization, the advisor to the rector on strategic development of Lankaran State University, Doctor in Economics, prof. Telman Imanov for majoring in "Customs work".
The students, according to the subjects of the graduation works, the students demonstrated the presentations which included research and analysis in various fields to the State Attestation Commission, and answered questions of the commission.
Speaking at the end of the defense process, the head of the Academy, customs service Major-General Gulu Novruzov congratulated the graduates and expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed to the organization of the defense process, as well as to parents and teachers who raised graduates.
G. Novruzov wished that the spirit of victory would always live in the lives of young people and the sense of duty to the souls of our martyrs would never leave them, and wished the graduates success in their future activities.
The chairmen and members of the commission expressed their gratitude to the Academy management for the defense process organized at a high level and wished the graduates success.
The graduates, in their turn, thanked the Academy's management and teaching staff for all the conditions created for them during their studies.
