ASCCA conducted another phase of training sessions organized for Kyrgyz Republic State Customs Service staff
Another phase of training sessions organized by the Academy of the State Customs Committee for the employees of the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic has been completed. Training course covering the "law enforcement activities" topic was delivered November 21-25, 2022.
During the training, the senior teacher of the Department of Law and Humanities of the ASCCA, customs service colonel Shahin Huseynov made a presentation on the legislative bases of operational-search measures, criminal-judicial proceedings and customs control as well as some topical issues of using technical means in their implementation of customs control.
At the end of the five-day training, discussions were held on the topics, and the questions of the participants were answered.
Following the training, the training participants were presented with materials on the covered topics and useful resources to be applied apply in practice.
It should be noted that within two years, the Academy plans to organize trainings for Kyrgyz customs officers on various topics.
