ASCCA participates in the training program held within the framework of the ECAR project
Within the framework of the "Establishment of Rectors Conference in Azerbaijan" (ECAR) project, in which the Academy of the State Customs Committee (DGKA) is a partner, an event was held dedicated to the presentation of certificates on the "Strategic human resources management" training program to the human resources staff of higher education institutions. The Academy of the State Customs Committee is one of the partners of the ECAR project, Vasif Aghayev, the chief human resources specialist of ASCCA took part in the Certificate Presentation Ceremony for those who completed the training program organized with the support of Azerbaijan HR Institute at Baku Business University.
The purpose of the certification training was to further improve the knowledge and competence of the responsible staff of higher education institutions operating in the relevant field, as well as to increase their experience.
Delivering speeches at the event, speakers talked about the role of human resources management, the importance of its development, the participation of human resources specialists in training sessions and their successful results, and wished them success in their future activities.
At the end of the event, certificates were awarded to participants of the training upon successful completion.
It should be noted that the ECAR project of the Erasmus + program of the European Union in the field of "Capacity Building in Higher Education" is implemented under the coordination of Baku Business University and with the financial support of the European Commission. The implementation period of the project is three years. The partnership of the Academy of the State Customs Committee in the project was evaluated and accepted by the project consortium and the European Commission in 2021, and the Academy's participation in the project began in April 2022.
