Duty-free shops

A retail shop under Customs control generally located in a sea port or airport at which a traveler, proceeding abroad or arriving in a country, may acquire goods free of customs duties and taxes.

Terms

Commercial invoice -- An invoice signed by the seller or shipper, or his agent, that is acceptable for customs purposes if it is prepared in accordance with Customs Regulations, and in the manner customary for a commercial transaction involving goods of the kind covered by the invoice.
