An educational panel discussion was held as part of the Digital State camp during Summer Fest 2026, organized in Shamakhi by the Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations' Union (ASYOU) with the support of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan (ASCCA), Major General of the Customs Service Gulu Novruzov, participated in the panel discussion and met with students.

Moderated by Rashad Zeynalov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations' Union, the discussion focused on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and the future of higher education. Gulu Novruzov emphasized that equipping young people with the necessary knowledge and skills plays a vital role in developing the country's competitive human capital and encouraged students to be proactive and responsible in their future careers.

The panel was also attended by the rectors of the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University, Sumgait State University, and Azerbaijan Technological University, as well as students from various higher education institutions across the country.

At the end of the event, participants' questions were answered, followed by a broad exchange of views on education, professional development, and future career opportunities.
