A team of students of the Academy of the State Customs Committee has won the 2026 Topchubashov Moot Court Competition, held among students of higher education institutions that provide legal education in Azerbaijan.

The final stage of the competition, organized by the BSU Moot Court Society and attended by 33 teams and over 200 students, was held with the chairmanship and participation of a jury of experienced lawyers. In the final stage , which pitted the “Məhəmməd Əmin Rəsulzadə” (applicant) team against the “Fətəli Xan Xoyski” (respondent) team, the ASCCA team represented the applicant side and emerged victorious. ASCCA students demonstrated high-level legal knowledge and advocacy skills.

In the end, the winners were awarded a trophy, certificates, and gifts. It is to be noted that the competition is the only legal contest in the country held in the format of a constitutional proceeding.
