Next Meeting of the Scientific Council of the Customs Academy Held

The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Academy of the State Customs Committee (ASCCA). The agenda included discussions on the results of the examination session for the autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, the establishment of an institutional framework for human resources management at the Academy, and other current issues.

The Head of the Academy and Chairman of the Scientific Council, Major General of the Customs Service Gulu Novruzov, welcomed the participants and informed the members of the Council about the issues included on the meeting agenda.

During the meeting, Head of the Monitoring and Assessment Department Abilkhan Isayev delivered a presentation on the results of the autumn semester examination session, presenting the final performance indicators to the participants.

The Deputy Head of the Academy Anar Suleymanov spoke about the development of an institutional framework for human resources management at the Academy, outlining planned activities in this area and presenting proposals aimed at developing human resource capacity and improving management processes.

Then, the Deputy Head of the Academy for Scientific Affairs Jamila Namazova, Coordinator for International Cooperation and Projects Elvin Majidov, and English language instructor at the Academy’s Department of Law and Humanities Taira Akhundova spoke about the relevant issues included on the agenda. They provided information on upcoming tasks and future areas of activity in their respective fields.

After the presentations, members of the Scientific Council and heads of relevant structural units shared their views and opinions on the discussed issues.

At the end of the meeting, decisions were adopted on the discussed matters, and relevant instructions and tasks were assigned to the heads of structural units.
