A masterclass entitled "How Can Artificial Intelligence Support the Next Generation of Customs Professionals?" was held at the Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan (ASCCA). The session was delivered by Sayyara Huseynova, an international expert with 12 years of experience, Head of Marketing and Communications, and an international mentor at B.EST Solutions.

Addressing the participants, Head of ASCCA, Major General of the Customs Service Gulu Novruzov, highlighted the strategic importance of applying artificial intelligence in the customs sector for future professionals. He emphasized the indispensable role of embracing innovation in modern education and noted that events of this kind make a significant contribution to students' professional development.

During the masterclass, Sayyara Huseynova spoke about the four key "superpowers" of artificial intelligence, namely data analysis, automation, prediction, and creativity, and explained their potential applications in the customs sector. She also demonstrated the use of AI in HS code classification, provided practical guidance on writing effective prompts, and discussed the ethical use and limitations of artificial intelligence through practical examples.

The masterclass concluded with a Q&A session, during which students' questions were answered.
