ASCCA held meeting with successful candidates for admission to the Prosecutor’s Office

Academy of State Customs Committee (ASCCA) held a meeting with candidates who successfully passed the competition for first-time recruitment to the prosecution authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2025. The event was organized within the framework of cooperation with the Scientific-Training Center of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Addressing the participants, Head of the Academy, Major General of the Customs Service Gulu Novruzov congratulated the candidates on their achievement and noted that service in the prosecution authorities requires a high level of professionalism, principled approach, and responsibility. He also conveyed the greetings of the Chairman of the State Customs Committee, Lieutenant General of the Customs Service Shahin Baghirov, and noted that such meetings are of particular importance in supporting the professional development of young specialists and increasing their motivation.

Head of Department of the Scientific-Training Center of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Nigar Galandarli, highlighted the effective cooperation established with ASCCA, stating that the partnership significantly contributes to strengthening the knowledge, skills, and practical training of young personnel.

Later, a senior Specialist of the Department of Additional Professional Education, Yaver Mammadova, delivered a presentation on the Academy’s activities, the teaching and assessment process, its achievements, cooperation with foreign higher education institutions and customs training structures, as well as capacity-building trainings and projects implemented for customs officers.

Following the event, the participants familiarized themselves with the facilities created at the Academy and visited the Cynological Center.
