A scientific-practical conference titled “Legal Statehood and Youth” was held at the Scientific-Educational Center of the Prosecutor General's Office to mark February 2 – Azerbaijan Youth Day, as part of the “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture 2026.”

Alongside representatives from other higher education institutions, state bodies, and legal authorities, the event was attended by ASCCA staff members Yavar Mammadova and Gunel Khalilli, as well as a group of the Academy’s students.

Keynote speakers at the conference included Indira Hajiyeva, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports; Academician Urkhan Alakbarov, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration; Bahruz Maharramov, Member of Parliament (Milli Majlis); and representatives from various state and legal institutions.

The program continued with presentations on the designated topics, which highlighted the vital role of youth in state policy and emphasized the importance of ensuring their comprehensive development.
