ASCCA Representative Delivers Presentation at International Business Forum in Estonia
An international business forum titled “Azerbaijan in Focus – New Business Opportunities” was held in Tallinn within the framework of the LEF Network Azerbaijan project, organized by the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and the Caspian Energy Club. Dedicated to the development of business cooperation between Azerbaijan, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland, ASCCA was represented at the forum by Shabnam Nuriyeva, PhD in Political Science, Specialist of the Department for the Organization of Educational and Methodological Work and Coordinator of the Career and Alumni Affairs Center at the Academy.
Speaking at the panel discussion held as part of the event, Shabnam Nuriyeva noted that her participation in the LEF Network Azerbaijan project contributes to strengthening public–private partnership, developing human capital, and transferring European experience to Azerbaijan. She emphasized that, according to the findings of the EU Business Climate Report 2024, European companies positively assess the business environment in Azerbaijan and highly value the investment potential of the country.
Within the framework of the visit, Shabnam Nuriyeva also held discussions with representatives of Turiba University (Latvia) and Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK, Finland) on cooperation in the areas of training programs, joint projects, and student exchange initiatives.
In addition, a presentation was held at the DHL office in Tallinn on process automation, industrial internships, and training opportunities for students. The parties reached an initial agreement on organizing joint activities, including online and in-person lectures, master classes, and other collaborative events.
