The OIC Cultural Festival: Baku Creative Week 2025 was held with the joint organization of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), in partnership with the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Within the framework of the festival, events were held on cultural cooperation and the development of creative industries.

The Chairman of the Student Youth Organization of the Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan (ASCCA), Osman Mushayev, and the Deputy Chairman, Oruj Abbasov, took an active part in the festival and contributed to the organizational processes and cooperation discussions.
