ASCCA–Korea Cooperation: TAKTIC International Project Presented

A meeting was held at the Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan (ASCCA) with a delegation from South Korea’s Ho ENT Corporation to present and discuss the project “TAKTIC – Azerbaijan’s Customs Knowledge and Training Platform for the Middle Corridor.” The project was jointly developed by experts of Ho ENT Corporation and Elvin Mejidov, ASCCA’s Coordinator for International Cooperation and Projects.

Welcoming the guests, ASCCA head Gulu Novruzov emphasized the strategic importance of the collaboration between ASCCA and Ho ENT Corporation in fostering innovative approaches to customs affairs and advancing human capital. He underlined that the TAKTIC platform would contribute significantly to the digital transformation of customs training in Middle Corridor countries and further reinforce Azerbaijan’s leadership role in the region. Mr. Novruzov also noted that the collaboration is built on practical foundations and expressed confidence that it would help expand the exchange of knowledge and experience among the Middle Corridor countries.

During the two-day discussions, Ho ENT representatives presented an overview of the TAKTIC project, demonstrating the platform’s main functionalities, network technology configuration, operational mechanisms, and global implementation strategies. Opportunities for further technological cooperation were also discussed.

It should be noted that the TAKTIC project is the first regional digital customs training system initiated and led by ASCCA, with its implementation proposed for the near future. The project aims to strengthen the professional development of customs personnel across Middle Corridor countries through the use of modern and innovative technologies. The platform offers users the ability to create training content in their native languages, organize training sessions, implement certification programs, gain practical skills via VR modules, and facilitate knowledge exchange.
