Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ASPU) hosted a meeting on  "The Concept of Return in the Educational Process of students" which was organized by the Western Azerbaijan Community and with the support of the university. The meeting was held in the Lecture Hall of the Heydar Aliyev Center of the university. The leadership of  Western Azerbaijan Community and ASPU, the executives of higher education institutions, representatives of the educational community and media, the university's faculty, as well as Azer Seyidov, Head of the Secretariat of the Academy of the State Customs Committee  attended the meeting.

The main goal of the event was to promote the realities of Western Azerbaijan, inform students about their rights to return to Western Azerbaijan and the activities of the Community, add this topic to educational materials, and involve young people in the activities of the Community.

"Western Azerbaijan" a film by "Western Azerbaijan TV” was shown at the meeting.

Aziz Alakbarli, Chairman of the Western Azerbaijan Community and MP of the Milli Majlis , Nijat Mammadli, Advisor to the Minister of Science and Education, Professor Jafar Jafarov, Rector of the Azerbaijan State University of Science and Technology,  Professor Mahira Huseynova, Vice-Rector for International Relations of the Azerbaijan State University of Science and Technology, Member of the Board of Directors of the Western Azerbaijan Community, Shahin Ismayilov,  Chairman of the Youth and Sports Committee of the Milli Majlis, Chairman of the Youth Council of the Western Azerbaijan Community and other participants made speeches and emphasized the importance of adding the realities of Western Azerbaijan to educational process.

Later, discussions were held on the reflection of the Concept of Return in higher education programs and its promotion among young people.
