The “Development Guides” project  was launched at the Academy of the State Customs Committee,  organized by the department of Customs work and Management.

This project aims at regularly organizing meetings of students with successful start-ups and business people. Within the framework of the project, a master class was held  on the topic “Self-discovery and comparison criteria”.  Delivering an introductory speech at the event, the head of the department, Ph.D. Elvin Alirzayev provided information about the "Development Guides" project and highlighted the importance of the event.

The first invited expert for the project, Jalal Jumshudi, Director of EDUGrata Education Center, shared his life and business experiences with the students in the direction of personal development and successful career building. As a “Development Guide”, Jalal Jumshudi provided students with useful advice on how people can objectively assess themselves and identify areas for development through comparison criteria.

At the end, the questions of interest to the students were answered in detail by the trainer.
