The “Development Guides” project, organized by the department of “Customs work and Management” is being successfully continued at the Academy of the State Customs Committee.  

This project aims at regularly organizing meetings of students with successful start-ups and business people. Within the framework of the project, a master class was held  on the topic “The role of personal motivation in career building”.

Delivering an introductory speech at the event, the head of the department, Ph.D. Elvin Alirzayev provided information about the "Development Guides" project and highlighted the importance of the event.

Later, Fakhri Mahammadzade , the main author of the project , spoke about the importance of the topic. The invited specialist  Boyukkhanim Babayeva, shared her business experience with the students  talking about successful projects carried out in our country in the direction of personal development and successful career building.  As a “Development Guide”, Boyukkhanim Babayeva explained with practical examples how important personal motivation is in the business environment and how important volunteer activities of young people are in career building. The speaker, who evaluated volunteer activities operating in our country as a stage of preparation for students' working life, gave useful recommendations to the students in this area.

At the end, the questions of interest to the students were answered in detail by the trainer.
