Academy of the State Customs Committee hosted a training on social responsibility through "Service Learning" method. The training was presented by Gunay Akbarova, Secretary of the Public Council under the Ministry of Science and Education, a foreign language specialist. The training aimed at developing students' understanding of social responsibility. The Trainer emphasized that the "Service Learning" method will help students deepen their understanding of social responsibility by combining theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge. The empathy, social sensitivity, professional ethics, teamwork, and leadership skills were discussed in the training.Students discussed the importance of social responsibility based on volunteer programs and personal experiences and shared their ideas about working in their fields of interest.

The training was conducted through interactive methods. At the end, the students' questions of interest were addressed.
