The 5th International Conference on "Administrative Law and Administrative Jurisdiction" took place at Balikesir University in Turkey. The two-day conference, titled "ISALAJ-2025", focused on the topic of "Agricultural Activities and the Protection of the Natural Environment as a Strategic Field in Administrative Law", which was attended by representatives from higher education institutions in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and other countries, including Azerbaijan, as well as Hakim Azizov, the head of the "Law and Humanities" department, and Elvin Alirzayev, the head of the "Customs Affairs and Management" department at the Academy of the State Customs Committee.

At the conference, Prof. Yücel Oğurlu, the Rector of Balıkesir University, delivered the opening speech and expressed his pride in hosting the event, which was attended by representatives from nine universities, both from Turkey and abroad.

Zeki Yiğit, President of the Council of State of the Republic of Turkey, Ismayil Ustaoğlu, Governor of the city Balıkesir, and professors invited from various countries, including Professor Amir Aliyev, the Rector of the Academy of the Bar Associations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, delivered the opening remarks for the conference.

This conference, organized in collaboration with Balıkesir University and the Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, along with several other universities, was a result of the fruitful partnership among the institutions, and this event also was attended by Hakim Azizov, the head of the department, who spoke on the topic "Agricultural activity and environmental protection: Administrative and Legal Problems", and Elvin Alirzayev, the head of the department, who presented the topic "Customs policy in Environmental Protection".

At the end, the participants were awarded the certificates of “presentation and appreciation".
