On May 15, 2025, Vusal Rustamov, Director of the Innovation Center under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held talks with Gulu Novruzov, Head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee, Customs Service Major General, and ASCCA academic staff.

During the meeting, detailed information was provided about the Innovation Center’s broad support measures aimed at developing the startup and innovation ecosystem, the implementation of new technologies, and the realization of innovative projects.

The discussion also covered effective collaborations established with higher education institutions, innovative training programs designed to meet labor market demands, and the professional development of specialists in emerging fields through these programs.

Following the meeting, the delegation visited the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, ASAN Innovative Development Center, and Bilim Baku Center, where they were briefed on ongoing projects and available opportunities.

Both parties engaged in an in-depth exchange of views regarding mutually beneficial projects, joint activities, and future cooperation prospects.
